Choreography in the style of the instructors choosing (changes every class) with an emphasis on retaining dance material and performance.

 

ACRO

Combines flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination to perform gymnastic-based tricks.

 

CONTEMPORARY

Explore fluid and expressive movement techniques, blending elements of modern, jazz, and classical ballet styles.

 

JAZZ

Energetic and expressive dance style characterized by rhythmic, syncopated movements and improvisation.
